Risk Disclaimer

Effective Date: June 27, 2026 · Last Updated: June 27, 2026

The short version

OPS is a forecasting tool, not financial advice. The forecasts are probabilistic estimates from a machine learning model — useful inputs to your own decisions, never instructions. Past model accuracy does not guarantee future results. Trading involves real risk of real loss. Don't trade money you can't afford to lose.

The long version is below.

1. OPS is informational, not advice

The forecasts, confidence scores, probability distributions, and any other content provided through One Proven System ("OPS") are for informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing OPS displays should be construed as:

  • Investment advice
  • A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security
  • An offer or solicitation to enter any transaction
  • Personalized financial, tax, or legal advice

OPS does not know your financial situation, goals, risk tolerance, or tax position. It cannot — and does not attempt to — determine whether any forecast, security, or trading strategy is suitable for you. That judgment is yours alone.

2. We are not registered as a broker-dealer or investment adviser

Kaden Hesse and One Proven System are not registered as broker-dealers, investment advisers, financial planners, or commodity trading advisers with the SEC, FINRA, CFTC, or any state regulator.

If you need advice tailored to your situation, consult a licensed professional of your choosing.

3. What our forecasts actually are

OPS forecasts are outputs of a machine learning model trained on historical price data. For each forecasted symbol, the model produces:

  • A direction (bullish, bearish, or neutral)
  • A price range with upper and lower bounds
  • A confidence score reflecting the model's own uncertainty
  • A probability distribution showing the relative likelihood of different outcomes

These are statistical estimates, not predictions. A high-confidence forecast still has a meaningful probability of being wrong. A bullish signal is not a guarantee that price will rise.

4. Past performance does not guarantee future results

Any accuracy statistics or backtested results we publish (on this site, in the extension, or in marketing materials) describe how the model performed on a specific historical period. They do not guarantee that the model will perform the same way going forward.

Markets change. Models drift. Conditions that produced past accuracy may not repeat. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

5. Trading involves substantial risk

All trading involves the risk of loss, and losses can exceed the amount you initially invested. This is true regardless of how confident any forecast appears or how skilled any trader claims to be.

Specific instruments carry additional risks:

  • Options can expire worthless and may lose all of their value rapidly. Before trading options, you must receive and read the Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options from the Options Clearing Corporation.
  • Futures and forex involve leverage that can magnify both gains and losses.
  • Margin trading can result in losses greater than your account balance.
  • Short selling has theoretically unlimited downside.

Never trade money you cannot afford to lose. We strongly encourage you to practice any new strategy in a paper trading (simulated) account before risking real capital.

6. You are solely responsible for your trades

Every trade you place is your decision. You execute it through your own brokerage, with your own money, based on your own judgment.

OPS, Kaden Hesse, and any affiliates are not responsible for:

  • Losses incurred from trades influenced by OPS forecasts
  • Poor trading decisions, whether or not they relied on OPS
  • Mistimed or poorly executed trades
  • Brokerage errors, slippage, or technical issues at your broker
  • Outages, delays, or inaccuracies in the OPS service itself

7. Data accuracy & service availability

OPS uses market data and model outputs that we believe to be accurate but cannot guarantee. Data feeds may have errors, lags, or interruptions. Forecasts may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, outages, or technical failures.

Forecasts shown in the extension are calculated at a specific point in time. By the time you act on one, market conditions may have changed.

8. Testimonials & founder commentary

Any testimonials, case studies, or statements made about success — including statements from the founder — are individual results. They are not representative of the typical user. Your results will vary. There is no assurance you will achieve similar outcomes.

Hypothetical or simulated results have inherent limitations. They are designed with the benefit of hindsight and do not account for the financial and emotional costs of actually trading.

9. Forward-looking statements

Any statements about future market behavior, forecast accuracy, or model performance are forward-looking and inherently uncertain. They reflect what we expect, not what will happen.

10. Coverage & scope

OPS currently provides forecasts for stocks in the S&P 500. Other securities, asset classes, and markets are outside the scope of the service. Do not assume forecasts apply to symbols or instruments we have not explicitly listed.

11. This disclaimer is part of our Terms

By using OPS you agree to this Risk Disclaimer and to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
